Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce
Shop Small Rewards Program
A unique way of generating foot traffic through the doors of local businesses affiliated with the local Chamber of Commerce. Shoppers earn points when the visit a local business and additional points when they make a purchase. At the end of the week, the shopper who accumulates the most points wins the grand prize.

A family-friendly restaurant, sports bar, and entertainment center with golf & multi-sport simulators, auto-scoring steel tip darts, and an outdoor patio with live music in the summer.
As a co-owner of South Shore Social, I implemented a full tech stack, including Voice AI for answering the phone, routing calls, and automating reservations. The tech manages weekly leagues, online registrations & ticketing, and more.

A service that allows restaurant owners, chefs, managers, and other non-tech staff to update their website and online menu simply by making a phone call.
